Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pro / Score TrackerCancel anytime via account settings. No prorated refunds for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Building-Science ReviewFull refund if the review has not yet started and you request it within 24 hours of payment. No refund once the review has been delivered.
On-site assessmentDeposit refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. No refund on cancellations within 48 hours. Third-party specialist fees subject to their own cancellation terms.
